🌹Meditators should evaluate their own progress by using various criteria as-
🌻(1) Instead of hurting others have I started helping them?

(2) How am I behaving in unwanted situations- am I reacting as before or am i remaining more balanced?

(3) Am I becoming less self centred, giving generously without expectation of anything in return,
🌸
(4) Developing gratitude towards those who help me
🌷
(5) Am I estabilishing my meditation on a sound base by keeping the moral precept day to day.
